After working with the architects (out of San Francisco), who designed the look of the gate, to working with the designer/detailer on constructing the gate (Wes Hieb with WRH Consulting out of Star, Idaho), Allen Metalworking made this cantilever gate come to life.
The owner of a private residence in Aspen, Colorado wanted a sliding gate to hide utility equipment. It was necessary that the gate be able to slide completely out of the way should maintenance be needed. Our DuraGates steel track model, CGS-250.8P, was used to make this gate a reality.
Allen Metalworking, along with Lyons Fencing, installed the gate on the property without any problems. Justin, the owner of Allen Metalworking, said, “The installation went really smooth. We did our homework and had a good game plan and it all came together in the end. The customer is very pleased. Thanks again!”
